Our major challenge was to simplify the complex event creation flows for admin’s to make them more productive. Although most of the admin activities are one time, but there is no reason why it should be treated less important than a customer facing interface.
We followed WYSIWYG concept, by making setup screens as close to end user screens. This made admin very comfortable to quickly create their events, edit and manage it effectively as they were able to visualise how their event is shaping out.
