Ü Lofts is the latest project from the Architecture firm Bit.arquitectos. Located in the hillside of the San Javier mountain in the city of Tucumán, Argentina; the lofts have been designed to take advantage of the natural context. Bit.arquitectura came to us for the creation of the Brand concept and Brand Development of their new project.

The Ü is a very characteristic letter. The lofts are located in the hillside of a mountain and the views varies depending on where the person is standing up. The street name where the lofts are located is Guemes.
We created the stationary for the new and upcoming project. The logo behaves in different ways among it, adapting itself to the different supports.
In the front of the construction a amazing and huge banner stands to show how the project is going to look like.
The brand expands trough the social media engaging more people everything with a campaign that adapts and changes (slightly) everyday.
Role
We were in charge of creating the Brand Identity (naming included) for the new project taking in care the core of the project which is that the units adapt to many of the needs of its future tenants. The units are flexible to their tenants, providing different amenities for the different needs.
