When Healthways re-branded their SilverSneakers program, they wanted a new digital presence to go along with the brand. I created a new digital user experience across all of their web platforms, email marketing and digital marketing elements. I created various user flows to help increase user conversion, and then built out all the designs to ensure the flow of the user was maximized and helped ensure the greatest conversion rates. The results enabled Healthways to use current web and digital technologies to actively market to their target audience and increase brand awareness through various digital channels.
