This app was designed and built as a replacement for a human being in doctors on-call setups. Doctors configure their on-call schedule and contact preferences, and when a user calls the on-call number, the system looks up what doc is on call, and based on the time of day and day of the week, re-routes the call to the doctor's preferred contact method.
The doctors have total control over how they want to be contacted when, and can customize it to any hour of any day of the week.
Role
I took over this project from the client around the halfway point. The project had stalled and they needed someone to pick up the pieces and push it over the finish line.
