About

— Introduction
The Mozarteum Foundation in Salzburg, consisting of several museums, a concerts/events department and a research department, is the place to be about Mozart.
— The challenge
Struggling to reach younger audiences with an outdated, complex website, the foundation was keen to launch a new website that would meet the modern standards and that would also be more appealing for youngsters. I was primarily involved with gathering data for the briefing.

Industry

Education

Outdated and overly complex website - we were challenged to make website more appealing for younger audiences.

UX workshop hosted onsite: as part of the research we had a two day workshop with Mozarteum’s directors.

Extensive briefing: the briefing was based on the research and the workshop.

Final result: a clearer and more modern website.

Role

I was challenged to investigate and evaluate the user experience of the Mozarteum's website and see what issues users were facing. I was also in charge of organizing and hosting an onsite, two day UX workshop with the CEO and directors of the Mozarteum Foundation to get a clear view of the business goals and requirements.
