I've developed one of the most lucrative event management system for MTA's yearly events. User get notified for their event, they can keep up with their agenda in real time and can participate in live chat, conference and Q&A right from their phone. It also has functionality to differentiate all the members by group and assign different agenda and events to them. It's one of the most useful yet elegant work of mine with a lot of functionalities for members. Managers at MTA were so proud of their web app(wordpress based event management system), they are going to use it for their many departments.
