Anacortes Kayak Tours is a family owned business in Anacortes Washington. They had an existing site and it was showing it's age. They wanted the new site to simplify the sales funnel, engage the visitor, and simplify information gathering.

The IA was restructured to allow for a more intuitive experience. Now each trip has the complete packet of information available: trips are sorted by length and location, trip specifics are on the page, and visitors make reservations on the spot. I also identified upsell opportunities which increased their bottom line.
