This project is aimed to introduce the new version of Teacher - Learner face to face platform, which will no longer rely on third-party like Adobe Connect solution, thus enabling GlobalEnglish to customize the solution at-will. The new solution will keep the current use cases of the online chat functionality as well as extend it with a number of new features that will provide a better user experience for both Teacher and Leaner.

As the UX/UI designer, my responsibilities started with analyzing the project plan, identifying the project MVP, and quick research on user personas, research and comparative analysis to understand existing products; usability tests, building Lo-Fi/High-Fi prototypes, and final design execution.
