I recently have created the iCreate drag & drop visual website builder. It has 70+ predefined layouts and templates and 130 building blocks which users can use to build websites and online stores. In contrast to other website builders, the iCreate builder is not only for the inexperienced user but also for more experienced developers who can switch back and forward between the code view, backend view and front-end view.
