Gravitas is a company that leads the way in enterprise achievement thinking for C-level executives. Conceptualised as an web application for individuals and teams, The Destinator is the SaaS arm of Gravitas. The software allows for growth in the area of achievement thinking, with special focus on the daily application of simple actions to produce immediate results which grow into big wins for individuals and organisations.

The Destinator web application is designed to run on desktop computers and tablets, and features an intuitive, timeline-based interface with retractable panels for near single-screen management.
Following the initial discovery sessions with the client, the first step I took was to map a logical user journey and priorities for each screen. This phase was accompanied by extensive competitor and visual benchmarking.
I then created a full set of wireframes, which were iterated on several times in collaboration with Gravitas and some of their existing clients, to ensure that the majority of the needs of the user were catered to.
Subsequently, I moved to full visual design mode to ensure brand consistency across the UI and produce an engaging experience for the user. I was also responsible for the styling of the public-facing website, and some additional print collateral. The Destinator is now live, and has been released to the first round of business users, for early feedback.
Role
In collaboration with Voice Brand Agency, I was asked to design the web application and website for The Destinator. The process included information architecture and user journey mapping, as well as wireframing, digital brand guidelines and final UI design.
