I produced this site in-house for Demandforce. It was monster of a project that brought a dated brand into this century. The project cut through the malaise of corporate timelines and involved stakeholders from all over the company. We developed a customer-centric approach that broke down a complicated product into an tangible experience. The audience spanned across a dozen industries and included an intensive revamp of site architecture and information design. The project included ongoing testing and analysis. Outcome: the redesign led to a 17% lift in mobile conversion as well a 35% increase in overall conversion using a revamped user flow.
