About

This was a fundraiser event for a local museum. They wanted to help build awareness for the museum and attract a different audience than they had for past events. Held in 2014 as the first annual event, they needed a logo, branding, t-shirt, social media posts, and various other promotional items for what was deemed the "Culture Dash" that would consist of a 5K and Toddler Trot. Since 2014, it has ran every year and has been a successful fundraiser for the museum. Because the event has been such a success, they have expanded the event to include a 10K and 1-Mile Family Walk, as well as keep the original 5K and Toddler Trot.

Industry

Outdoor & Recreation

These were the 2014, 2015 and 2016 rack cards. Typically, I would make the color scheme of the rack cards match the anticipated shirt color for that year. But in 2016, the shirt color wasn't decided until the last minute, so we left the rack card color the same as the year before.

These are the rack cards for the 2017 event and reflect the color scheme for 2017 that museum and I developed together.

This is the poster for the 2016 event. Posters for each year are created to match that year's color scheme.

Role

For this event, I added text to the image of the Skeleton Keeper that was provided to me, thereby creating the event's logo. From there, I developed branding and promotional items. Each year, I update the logo, branding and color scheme for the current year's event. Promotional and event items are updated accordingly as well.
