Caroline came to me because she was not pleased with the look of her old website. It was static and hard to navigate and she found that her clients didn't enjoy using it. She wanted to have a site that is more interactive and also wanted to have the capability for her clients to search the MLS for properties they would like to buy. Of course, a major concern is being found in Google, so the site creates a searchable site map entry for each and every listing, making it possible to search by address and find the property listing on my client's site. This is much improved over many MLS integrations that iframe the listing search page into a site, which does not allow the data within the frame to be included in the Google search results. This can make a cite much more relevant to Google.

The property search pages have the ability to narrow down the search criteria for things such as bedrooms, bathrooms, prices, city, etc. The results can also be sorted a number of different ways. The results use a process that allows instant updates once a parameter is set so the page does not have to be refreshed. Best of all, they are SEO indexable.
We added a property listing plugin to allow for manually entering the commercial listings since they are not included in the MLS data. This also allows the listings to be included in the Google search results so that clients can find her site by searching on a property address.
I created several guides to be given as enticements to subscribe to a mailing list. There is one for Sellers, one for Buyers, and a Relocation Guide specific to Las Vegas. These are all branded with my client's name and contact info so they will know who to contact when they have made their property choice. The site is integrated with MailChimp for mailings.
This was a site redesign. The old site was not very appealing and gave no SEO for her listings. She was not very happy with the usability of the site and asked us to bring her site into the 21st century. We were able to create an easy to navigate site with powerful functionality and MLS listings that are actually indexed by the search engines. She loves it!

I was the lead designer for this project and worked closely with the Las Vegas MLS board as we designed this site for Caroline. I designed most of the graphics used and created the various property search pages to make it as simple as possible for people to find the right type of property listing.
